COMPLETIONmonitor Costs

COMPLETIONmonitor operates via a simple transaction-based charging structure and can be freely used in 95% of all transactions without any commitment.

A fully refundable* fee of £195.00 plus VAT is charged prior to set-up. Thereafter, a flat fee of just £10.00 + VAT per transaction is charged for use of the system which includes the pre-completion and post-completion modules. The matter types included in this package are:

• Purchase Transactions
• Re-mortgage Transactions
• Sales Transactions

* the set-up fee will be refunded to you in full once 30 transaction have been completed on the system

Commercial Transactions are charged at £25.00 + VAT per transaction.

COLP Upgrade Package

The following monthly subscription charges are applicable (in addition to the standard transaction cost of using COMPLETIONmonitor noted above) if you require the COLP package.

The prices below do not include the applicable VAT.

The Business Continuity** package includes the following:

• Emergency ALERT
• Phone SWITCH
• Online BACKUP services**

** The online backup storage includes up to 7.5GB for sole practitioners, 25GB for 2-3 partner firms, 60GB for 4-5 partner firms and 125GB for 6-10 partner firms. Additional storage is available at a cost of £3.00 per month for each 5GB.
